Dinner with a Purpose – LBB Gastropub & Smokehouse

Wow! Last night was one for the books! We can’t thank our wonderful community here in Placer County enough for the outpouring of love and support! It was a packed house last night at the LBB Gastropub & Smokehouse in Loomis, CA for the February edition of the Biletnikoff Foundation’s Dinner with a Purpose. Hosts Mark S. Allen and Angela Biletnikoff welcomed almost 50 guests who were wined beered and dined all evening. We were treated to an explanation of our beer experience by the one and only Big Mike Moore, International Wine and Beer Judge. Not only was he knowledgeable but really entertaining and and genuinely nice guy!

Big Mike created the pairing menu just for this event…and just to make you a little jealous…our menu was:

• Appetizers – Crudités and Artinsanal Cheese paired with LBB’s Buxom Blonde Pilsner
• First Course – Cauliflower Bisque with Fried Leeks paired with LBB’s Alohawk Big Ale
• Main Course – Braised Lamb Shank paired with LBB’s Avenger Double IPA
• Dessert – Chocolate Truffle Cake paired with Jacked Series Barrel Aged Porter
